The Stellaterra mentorship program is designed for Licensed Virginia BCBAs who want to build sustainable, independent therapeutic consultation practices without the overwhelm of doing it alone.

This is not a business course or a group agency model. The Stellaterra Clinical Mentorship Program is a thoughtful, values-aligned mentorship experience for clinicians who want autonomy, clarity, and long-term stability.

  • build a private therapeutic consultation practice in Virginia

  • transition gradually while keeping their full-time role

This program combines clinical mentorship, practice design support, ethical guidance, and individualized pacing.

Final program details will be announced early 2026, but components may include:

  • templates and tools for consultation workflow

  • ACT-based case conceptualization coaching

  • guidance on ethical, sustainable business practices

  • optional CEUs related to consultation skill development

  • support designing a practice that fits real life, not an idealized version of it

Timeline

The inaugural mentorship cohort will begin in 2026.

The program is designed as a gradual 18-month support arc, allowing you to build a stable caseload and business foundation while maintaining your current role.

More details will be released closer to the application window.

Admissions & Cohort Structure

Enrollment in the Stellaterra mentorship program is by application only.
To keep the experience thoughtful and individualized, I will begin accepting clinicians on a rolling basis and mentor a maximum of three BCBAs at a time.

Because of the high level of support involved, I will begin the 2026 cohort with the first accepted applicant and close the cohort once three clinicians have joined.

If I receive an exceptional fit sooner, I may begin with a single mentee and build the cohort gradually. The priority is fit, readiness, and alignment, not filling slots.
